The Hudson House restaurant is situated in the former village hall and jailhouse in the quaint, but busy, Victorian village of Nyack, NY. Downstairs in our restaurant we serve dinner daily (except Mondays), and offer contemporary American cuisine. The two erstwhile jail cells remain and house the wine cellar, and the walls and ceilings are covered in the original pressed tin dating from the 1800s. Upstairs, where the village judge held court, is an additional dining room available for private parties of any occasion. In warm weather, the large front doors open to sidewalk dining. There is also a back patio, for quieter “tête-à-têtes.”
