Chef Jeffrey started his culinary career, while still in high school, at a restaurant owned by friends of his parents. Here he learned that cooking would become his passion. That passion led him to enroll in the French Culinary Institute in NYC. Shortly after graduating, Chef Jeffrey worked at prestigious restaurants in Manhattan, including Bobby Flay’s flagship Mesa Grille.
Moving up to Rockland County, Chef Jeffrey started cooking under Chef Peter X. Kelly at both the Freelance Cafe in Piermont and Restaurant X in Congers. He later worked at Monteverde in Cortlandt Manor under Rising Star Chef Neil Ferguson. But it is the Hudson House of Nyack that Chef Jeffrey is happy to call his new culinary home. And maybe it was meant to be, because this is where he asked his now father-in-law for his wife’s hand in marriage almost 11 years ago.
Chef Jeffrey’s love for all things gastronomic has driven his talent to new heights and he is eager to show it on every plate. Using local ingredients and developing exciting new flavor profiles, Chef Jeffrey promises to make every dining experience pleasurable.
